This beautiful display was just one of the many that were part of this year's spring salute to flowers on Fifth Avenue, Fifth Avenue Blooms. The displays were sponsored by the ultra-luxury jewelry store, Van Cleef & Arpels. The art and the flowers appeared on a stretch of Fifth Avenue near the Van Cleef store at West 58th Street at Fifth Avenue.

I'm very appreciative of the display and the store for sponsoring it, but it's unlikely that I'll be shopping here. Diamonds may be a girl's best friend, but everything in this window is a little -- a lot -- out of the life I lead. I love sparkle, but this is just a little too much sparkle for me, and way too much for wearing on the subway. But it is fun to look!
Big thanks to Pink Saturday for the ongoing fun of finding all things fun and pink around me. I'm not sure how many years I've been participating, but it's a very enjoyable part of my blog life.

The store display is certainly beautiful, Carol, but like yourself it is very unlikely that I would be shopping there myself.
