Sun (day) in Greenland

The ship is docked in Qaqortoq, Greenland, a town of 3,000 people in the Southern part of the Island. I’m waiting to take a tender boat from our ship to the port to start seeing the town. Tenders are used when the harbor isn’t able to accommodate a ship coming directly into the port.

I’ll be back tomorrow with photos from my visit to Qaqortoq.

As ever, thanks for visiting and greetings from Greenland.
