(Almost) Wordless Wednesday

The sweetest minute of my day...

One day last week I emerged from the market a few blocks from my building and discovered this little beauty sleeping in a box next to the watermelons. There haven't been a lot of sweet moments lately, but capturing this image was a moment out of time. It reminded me that though this is a difficult season, there will be sweet moments when we least expect them. She is an essential employee of the market and is very well taken care of.

Just finished my Weight Watchers session and then a great virtual exercise class. One of my goals this week is to rev up my exercise and I'm happily doing it. Time to make lunch and then get in some walking. What does your day look like?

As ever, thanks for visiting and take good care. Much love and be well!

It is so nice when you see something beautiful like that little kitty....One of my delights is when I see you making a comment on Facebook, I may not always reply but I am saying now Thank You.....Today has not been such a bright day as I had a funeral to go to this morning it was a friend who was nearly 92 she had been ill since November so she was glad to go and meet her master, but it was sad for us her friends She was the first person to greet my Mother and I at the church in Box when we first went there 28 years ago. She remained a faithful friend right to the end, only sad thing was I wasn’t able to see her these last 12weeks after visiting her every week since Nov. I am thankful though that I was able to attend the funeral the crematorium could only allow 15 people which was sad for many many people, however I heard from Peter when we saw him that a lot of people lined the street clapping as the hearse went by and it stopped for a few secs at the church where she was a faithful member for 75 years....

Aww, she looks so sweet! And she looks young, too. I would have been enchanted. We have always been cat people, and have owned many during our marriage.

That kitty is the sweetest! You know how I love cats. Like you, I am trying to walk early in the day and then late afternoon. Today, we've had rain. I hope you have a pleasant evening. xoxo

It sounds like you had a pleasant Wednesday.
I have been checking in with friends. I find myself wanting to do that more now.
The libraries here are open on limited schedules. I need to see if my Overdrive still works so I can "check out" some books on tape.

What a sweet look she is giving you. I am so thankful to have had my Daisy cat during this time. She is loving (to only me and Retired Man) and always at our sides. She is a such a comfort, even if I am allergic to cats.

What a precious moment in time. You are right, we can always find some good in every day, I'm going to do a good walk today as we've a beautiful day and it would be a shame to waste it.

I would be tempted to steal that kitty. You might just get by with taking a watermelon, but I bet not her!
