A quick moment in Midtown Manhattan. Central Park is in the background.
Yesterday was devoted to beginning work on a new cap. I didn't look forward to doing the work, but I do like my dentist and her staff and it was nice to not feel rushed and to have the afternoon for my sore mouth to recover. It was a cold day to take pictures, but I did get a photo of one Moment in Midtown Manhattan with Central Park in the background. This is one block from my dentist's office.
Wishes for a terrific Tuesday!

Glad you at least have had some sunshine there. Our moments in the sun have been very brief for sure. Storms are rolling in our way this afternoon...very windy!
I'm surprised at the lack of snow!
Best wishes with the dental work. Thanks, as always, for sharing the sights from around your neighborhood!
Hope you are having a pain free evening! Love the picture! I REALLY want to make a trip up there, perhaps in the Spring:) HUGS!
I love these glimpses at the city and the everyday life there. Hope you're feeling better today.
No snow at all??? Seems funny!
One of these days I'll get to NYC and see it all for myself! :)
Sorry about the dentist but so glad you had a beautiful day - - - that looks like fall and not January! Praying you are feeling fine tonight.
I have a crown to replace...uggh. It actually came off before Christmas and I am procrastinating...I care neither for the expense or the procedure.
Glad you are taking care of yourself....and this photo looks rather rural for being in the center of such an amazing city.
Central Park must be a real oasis in the city. Hope the work on your tooth isn't too stressful.
Dear Buttercup, I hope you are feeling better. Beautiful day in NY. Thank you for your visit. Blessings, Catherine xo
Great pic, Buttercup. I hope all is well with you!
Who would think that that photograph was taken almost in the middle of one of the busiest city's in the world..It is true that you just have to look and you can see the quiet places. There is a holiday place over here that some people turn up their noses at (probably never been there ) as it is shown as full of fish and chips and kiss me quick hats etc..however if one only looks there is the most lovely parks and free areas all around...
Thank you as always for sharing.
sorry about you visit to dentist think you know about my hooror of dentists so anyone who visits them deserved a gold medal in my book !!
Love Sybil xx
Loved the picture! Since I have never been in New York; I will enjoy your pictures. Hope your mouth is feeling better. I don't like going to the Dentist at all.
Just dropped by for a visit.
