My Heart is in Missouri

I have a few blog posts in my mind, but they will have to wait until tomorrow or the next day. My prayers and thoughts are in Missouri, especially Joplin.  I don't know how to make any sense of the devastation, but am praying for shelter, for strength and courage in the face of great tragedy.

I have several blog friends in Missouri and want to share these two links from Melinda and Donna. Blogging certainly makes the world a much smaller place and brings both sorrow and joy closer to us.

Praying too. I have lots of family in Missouri, and friends there too. Our friend's daughter is getting married in Springfield this weekend. I know this dear girl is a bit worried, as they aren't far from Joplin, and there are more tornado warnings for the area.
Blessings,
Marcia

Your such a lovely person to do this post. I could not believe the news when I turned it on after work today. Horrible and so soon after all the other storms that ripped through the South only last month.
Thanks honey I did feel your hug all the way down here in Texas. Cannot tell you how much it means to me for you to leave such a sweet comment.
Sending love back to you
Maggie

The tornadoes and flooding this Spring have been just terrible. I join you in praying for all those suffering from the loss of home and family.

It is still so hard to watch the news.
The Joplin Community is having a tough time and I know all prayers shared for them will be appreciated!
Thanks for the shoutout!!!
