Happy St. Patrick's Day

Trinity College Library, Dublin

It's a day for celebrating all things Irish and I'm remembering my visit to Ireland in 2014. One of my favorite places to visit was the Library at Trinity College. I'm not saying it's the most beautiful library anywhere, but it may be the most beautiful library I've ever seen. Do you have a favorite library?

Wishes for a very happy St. Patrick's Day!

My favorite library was the one room town library that was close enough to my house that my mother let me walk by myself before I was ten. All the books in the world (I thought) were mine for the borrowing!

Hope you had a wonderful St. Patrick's Day! Our library here is a more modern building with only regular windows, but I still find it a fascinating place.

Buttercup, I love all libraries...but I think my favorite was our old library we had here in Tipton. it was torn down and we have a newer one...but the three stained glass windows were saved and are hanging in the new library. I think I liked our old library because it's the first one I ever got to go in and enjoy the books. Our parents never let us just come and go willy-nilly.So we were not allowed to check out books. But once I was grown and had my children...we went lots. They would do the summer reading club too. Hope you do not get more snow there....it is trying to be spring here one minute then winter the next. Blessings, xoxo, Susie
