Pinky Says Pink Saturday

I had a totally different post in mind for Pink Saturday this week. I'd taken the pictures earlier in the week and had the text in mind. But there in pink chalk right in front of me was the best advice I'd seen in a long time. In the ironies of life I was rushing to a memorial service, but Pinky -- a local manicure chain and the one I frequent -- stopped me right where I was walking. At that moment I did as advised and took a deep breath and relaxed. I'm going to try and remember this every time I start to run to do another errand or run to catch a bus. Relax, Buttercup, you'll live longer. Relax...

As ever, thanks for visiting and take Pinky's advice, Relax, you'll live longer and you will make the people who love you very, very happy.

Honey you made my week when you left me such a sweet comment today on my site. I can not begin to tell you hearing that from you meant the world to me. I admire you so much and love coming by here so thank you for thinking of me today.
I have been by a couple of times but with my old computer I couldn't leave a comment. I often tried but don't think any of them went through to the end. lol
This is great post for pink Saturday and advice that we all can use especially this time of year.
I think of you often wondering how your doing and what you are doing. I have to see if you have written a post about any good books lately. I am need of a good read.
Wish we lived closer so we could really visit.
Hope your staying warm. I keep up with your temps and you guys are having it rough all ready. I don't blame you for counting how many days were left of winter in an earlier post.
Sending you much love and wishes for a very Happy Thanksgiving.

My boss always says, "there's no such things as accidents" ...
and right now I'm thinking, 'how true!'
I needed to see this tonight ... and here you were!

Sweet dreams and in case I don't have a chance to say so between now and then ... HAPPY THANKSGIVING!

Whenever I'm feeling stressed, I stop and take a deep breath or two. Then I'm ready to face the world.

Thanks for stopping by my out-of-commission blog. My Muse has fled to far-away places I can't afford to go. I brood and wonder if she will ever come back.
It looks like you set a lovely table. Enjoy your Thanksgiving dinner!
