Bookexpo America

I've got an adventure coming up! I will be attending Bookexpo America this week. I am so excited. It's at the Javits Center, which is almost just down the block. Actually, it's closer to three miles away, but in New York City that's practically walking distance. I haven't studied the agenda, but I know there will be opportunities to hear some of my favorite authors and to see the new titles for the fall. I'm going to be looking for book blogging opportunities and hope to find a fun giveaway (or two) to share with the book lovers in Buttercupland.

Just to get me thinking...what author would you like to meet? Debbie Macomber is high on my list!

Wishes for a sweet and literary week!

BOOK EXPO sounds like so much fun. I would LOVE to do something like that. Most of the writers I would love to meet are from the UK, Scotland or Australia. But I bet there are some interesting ones from here as well. ENJOY the event. Take care. PS) Thank you for the prayers. We appreciate it more than you know.

This would probably NOT be a good thing for me to attend. One more thing to bankrupt me!! LOL!

I would also enjoy meeting Debbie Macomber, but would also like to meet Sue Grafton, Nancy Thayer, actually it would be better if I never got started on who I'd like to meet!!

Have fun - can't wait for your report.

Oh, what fun! I'd love to be able to go with you!
I'd really like to meet Susan Branch, Nicholas Sparks, and Rosamunde Pilcher. I have met Jan Karon and Barbara Kingsolver before. It's such fun to meet the authors of the books I have enjoyed reading.
