Happy November

October finished with pumpkin muffins and a delicious pumpkin cake at work on Friday and of course, Halloween.
Welcome November! The Yankees are still going strong and unfortunately my chipped tooth is still a problem. But today's the NYC Marathon and beautiful weather for all the runners. I've got a little trip at the end of this week, a trip back to Hartford for more family celebration next week, my favorite book sale and Thanksgiving! All the signs of a fabulous month.

Pumpkin cake and pumpkin muffins were treats on Friday!

Theater tickets for this afternoon. Details to follow. I'll give a little hint...If you like James Bond, you'll be as excited as I am!

Have fun at the theatre. It sounds like a wonderful week ahead for you. I've no pumpkin here but all those goodies are making my mouth water. I've banannas and apples so that's what we'll be making something with today.

My, my...it sounds as if November could turn into a really spectacular month for you! So much going on, making the weekends so full. Let's hope that chipped tooth doesn't cause too much trouble for you. Those muffins look delish...Dunkin' Donuts coffee is my absolute favorite, and their treats aren't too shabby either!
Enjoy this month dear Buttercup!

November is gonna be sweet for you my friend. I hope your time at the theater is just as sweet. The pumpkin cake and muffins looked too good to be true. Were they? Today I'm making fried apple pies. A special NC treat I have learned since moving here.

Have a wonderful day and week ahead. :)

Yikes, chipped tooth, no good! If you can't get in to see a dentist anytime soon, try that stuff at the drugstore that's a temporary filling, I put back a bridge that way and put a corner on a chipped sidetooth and the dentist said it was an excellent job!!! But still yanked it out and redid it...hmmm...cost a bundle...you know how expensive dental work is, UGH.

Given that my birthday is tomorrow I have to agree wholeheartedly with your opening monologue :)

Oh Buttercup,
I don't like the sound of that chipped tooth. Honey get that checked you don't want it to end up breaking off. They can sure lead to problems. Believe me I know.

I will take one of those beautiful pumpkin muffins. They look absolutely scrumptous. Thank you for sharing.

I envy you getting to go to Hartford. I would so love to visit there. I will be watching for wonderful pics when you come back. Don't forget. I know the Fall there is probably beautiful about now.

Stop by soon sweetie. Country hugs and love, Sherry
