We do love kale at our house though, so much so that I plant it every spring. Your idea of taking your lunch rather than eating often in restuarants is a wise one.Terra https://www.blogger.com/profile/04396481049075747940noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6930223252966474185.post-53259207782525810982015-01-10T12:57:14.023-05:002015-01-10T12:57:14.023-05:00Keep up the good work, it sounds like WW is workin...Keep up the good work, it sounds like WW is working for you.

I've never been a person to try a particular "diet" and up until I was 40 I was pretty thin. Then I went on Thyroid medication and started gaining weight. It's really hard to lose while on this medication. I'm better at losing weight by cutting back on how much I eat (mainly sweets and pop). I'm getting more exercise too by starting back walking on a daily basis.Idahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14587867197850064349noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6930223252966474185.post-77340893355648426772015-01-10T10:56:48.069-05:002015-01-10T10:56:48.069-05:00Haha. That's a tough one. ;-) Every year I tell myself that I'm not going to indulge in the goodies at Christmastime, and after the calendar says January, I regret having done just that. I want to get rid of 10 pounds. TEN measly pounds. Should that be so hard??!! I know it's all about sugar, whether the refined or more complex, as in pasta. So much easier to talk about it than to DO it. :-)Cranberry Morninghttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10758563068581561194noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6930223252966474185.post-52314862970028587442015-01-10T10:26:22.034-05:002015-01-10T10:26:22.034-05:00Good job, Carol! I think he meant that he only likes the smallest, most tender bits.
